Pallet Flow Rack

Pallet Flow Rack is a dynamic storage system, which utilizes first-in/first-out (FIFO) storage and retrieval of pallets by using gravity flow rails to bring the product from the stocking aisle to the picking aisle of the system.

The high density possible with this type of a pick system minimizes the distance between items picked, resulting in higher full-pallet order-picking productivity and more fully utilizes valuable warehouse space compared to a static storage system, such as drive-in or selective pallet rack.

This system is ideal for freezer warehouses, perishable goods, food distribution centers, and storage of high-volume consumer goods (grocery, car and pharmaceutical industries, chemicals, etc.).
